TIP: DON'T BE TOO SPECIFIC TOO SOON! When doing a general search using various criteria (price range, number of bedrooms, etc.) it's best to start out with less specificity (fewer criteria rather than more). Then, if your initial query returns too many results, you can "narrow the field" by adding additional criteria.
